Sermon Series

Sundays at both campuses:

Life's Biggest Challenges

What are the greatest challenges you face in your everyday life?  That was the question we asked the 900+ attenders at St. Charles First. The answers that came back were not too surprising with relationships, finances, and families all topping the list. How does God expect us to handle these areas of challenge? This special series addresses these topics and more as the church family comes together to face Life's Biggest Challenges!

Wednesdays at the St. Peters Campus:

We are about to begin an exciting journey.  It is full of real people with stories of how they handled success, defeats, joys, sorrows, family, relationships, and work. We'll see how God enters into the affairs of men and woman, taking their failures and using them to bring about His purpose in their personal lives and in the lives of nations.  God’s method has always been to use people in to achieve His purpose.

You will see vividly in this study of Bible legends how He does it.
He doesn’t always use the most brilliant or the most successful, but always selects persons with a capacity for great faith, who are sensitive to His will, and purpose. These men and woman were not superhuman and did not have superhuman qualities.  They were people, not spiritual giants or super human beings; but people just like you and me.  Ordinary people who became extraordinary by the power and direction of God.  They are Legends!

Wednesdays at the Wright City Campus:

Song of Solomon: God's Best for Love, Marriage, Sex, and Romance

We all have passion and a yearning for intimacy. God designed us this way. Whether you are single or married, how you handle your romantice relationships will change you - for better or for worse. But God did not create these desires in us without also giving us the owner's manual for relationships. In fact, He gave us an entire book of the bible which deals with all the aspects of love, marriage, sex and romance. It's called the Song of Solomon.
